Accessibility Where do I find information on accessibility? Please visit the venue website cardiffboxoffice.com The entrance to Y Plas is at the front of the Cardiff University Student Union on Park Place. There is a ground level lift positioned behind the stairs at this entrance which provides access to the main reception on Level 2. A lift is available inside the building for access to all other levels. There is no accessible parking at the venue. An accessible toilet is available at the venue on levels 2 & 4. There is an accessible viewing area from the Mezzanine level. Spaces for this area need to be booked in advance
