New café to launch in Usk

Newly opened Usk boutique hotel, The Lodge by Cefn Tilla, is to relaunch it’s Cafe and restuaurant thanks to a collaboration with a local catering business.

The Lodge, which is owned by nearby Cefn Tilla Court, has teamed up with Portskewett based Pickled Pumpkin Catering to take over it’s cafe and bar area and to provide a new and an innovative restaurant.

The joint venture will create a cafe for the public as well as providing food for hotel guests too.

The Lodge by Cefn Tilla Court opened it’s doors early in 2022 after being bought and refurbished by the owners of Cefn Tilla Court. The Lodge By Cefn Tilla, was had a few names over the years including the Rattrap and Llangeview Lodge.
