Get ready to embark on a magical adventure like no other as The Willows Garden Centre unveils this year’s spectacular Interactive Santa Experience : The Elf Kingdom. Following the huge success of last year’s journey to Gingerbreadland, families are once again invited to climb aboard the Willows Express for an enchanting 45-minute festive adventure that promises fun, laughter, and unforgettable Christmas memories.
From the moment you arrive, the festive spirit takes over. Your journey begins in the enchanted pine forest, where glistening lights and snow-dusted trees set the scene for the season’s most heartwarming experience. Children will delight in exploring the Toy Factory, keeping the magical machinery running through an interactive game designed to spark imagination and teamwork.
Next, step inside a real Elf House, where Santa’s cheerful helpers will guide children through a festive craft activity creating their very own Christmas decoration to take home as a keepsake from their visit.
Of course, no trip to the Elf Kingdom would be complete without meeting Santa Claus himself. This year, Father Christmas awaits in his brand-new Willows Grotto, ready to share stories, spread festive cheer, and listen carefully to every child’s Christmas wishes. With immersive storytelling, dazzling settings, and festive surprises at every turn, this experience promises to be a true highlight of the season for families across Monmouthshire and beyond.
To make the day even more special, every child will be invited to choose a present from Santa’s exclusive Toy Shop before heading home the perfect ending to their Elf Kingdom adventure.
Ticket Information
Each child taking part in any part of the experience, including visiting Santa, will require a child ticket. Babies accompanying paying children are free of charge, though they will not receive a gift or craft activity. All adults attending the experience will also need a ticket.
Please note: This attraction features flashing lights, sound, and special effects.
Tickets are non-refundable, and the train journey is a simulated experience.
The ticket price covers admission to the Elf Kingdom only and does not include entry to Soft Play or Snow Play. However, Snow Play will be included free of charge on the weekend of 22nd–23rd November when booking the Santa Experience.
