Tony Flynn, of Abergavenny, has been busy in the kitchen today. He shared his photo’s with us of his home-made pasta, accompanied by roasted Mediterranean vegetables.

‘This was 300g of super fine Paste Flour. 3 eggs. I was going to fill them all with a basil leaf but it was far to fiddly. Now on to the Mediterranean veg to prepare and roast.’
